Cancellation Policy

• Standard orders: Cancellation on standard orders must be made a minimum of 3 working days in advance.

• Special orders (e.g., nut-free, alcohol-free): Cancellations on special requests or orders must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.

 

Refund / Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has left our premises.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing quality products.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of your collection to discuss your concerns.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for cases where the product does not meet quality standards, as determined by House of Honey Cake.

Proof of purchase and photos of the product may be required for assessment.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
